Sickness
If you should fall ill within 1 month of your procedure, you must phone and discuss your symptoms with a qualified practitioner in our Pre -Assessment department. This includes if you have any recent cuts , scratches or open wounds which could be an infection risk. Dental It’s important to remember that some dental issues are caused by infection, which could delay your operation. Should you require any dental work or lose a tooth in the 4 weeks leading up to your procedure, then please contact our pre-assessment department (useful to add their telephone number here) to discuss what treatment you have had. If you require dental treatment 2 days before your admission date then please contact the pre-theatre department. Hospital Visits and Stays Should you need go to hospital, for any reason, or have to stay in hospital, please contact us as soon as you can to report your symptoms. |
