All the staff from cleaners to nurses catering and doctors, everyone were so kind and friendly, the after care in the Derby ward was fantastic, the staff all went that extra mile. I have just been had my left hip total replacement done at Epsom SWLEOC and I have to say the service I received was totally outstanding. The medical team were extremely efficient and made me feel more than comfortable with all decisions that had to be made prior to the operation. From the initial reception area to leaving hospital was absolutely first class. In addition I couldn't believe how meticulously clean and tidy the wards and surrounding areas were. Another point I would like to make, is how impressed I was with the choice and the food that was provided during my short stay. I was surprised at how quickly my pain from my back and hip has gone. I am now recovering well. Anyone that has any apprehension about having the surgery done, trust me you are in expert hands. I would like to say a big thank you to all the medical team and staff in every aspect. Wishing you all a very happy christmas and happy New year (because you have certainly made my Christmas).

I have no complaint at all with the care that I received while at the hospital pre, during and after the operation on Derby Ward. The staff are very cheerful and the care received was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending SWLEOC to anyone else.

I just wanted to congratulate you on your nursing staff based on the experience I had yesterday for an outpatient's procedure in Block E, Epsom Hospital.

All the staff from porter to the hands of Mary O'Brien treated me with such care and professionality. The ward was run like clock work and it was very clean. In fact except for private rooms I don't think a private clinic would be any better.
