How to share your experience
At the SWLEOC It is very important to us that we hear the views of anyone who comes into contact with our services be they our patients, their carers, relatives, friends or people just visiting. If you have any concerns or compliments and would like to discuss them with someone you can speak to the member of staff caring for you or you can ask for the person in charge of the area.
If you have any concerns or compliments Maria Perez-Abad our Head of Quality and Improvement can support you, you can contact on:
tel: 01372 735815
Email: maria.perez-abad@nhs.net
To raise a concern or make a complaint:
If you want to make a complaint, it is important that you try to do so within 12 months of the event. We may not apply this time limit if there is a genuine reason why the complaint could not be made sooner.
We must reply to complaints about services provided by members of staff working in our hospitals and clinics. If you are not sure whether you should make your complaint to us, contact PALS and they will give you advice:
